证券基金投资行为的实证分析

我国证券投资基金从1998年起步,到2005年规模得到了迅速扩张,成为我国股票市场上最重要的机构投资者,其投资行为对市场的影响越来越大。与此同时,舆论界和社会公众对基金的投资行为也有若干负面的看法,如持股趋同、追涨杀跌和集体不作为等。本文从我国基金实际投资风格变化趋势角度出发,对基金投资行为进行实证分析研究,并对基金投资提出了建议     

Branding Strategies of Born Globals

Born global companies have now been studied for a decade. However, little has been written specifically about the challenges facing born globals in their branding endeavours. This research examines the branding strategies of 30 Finnish small and medium-sized born globals. The experience, qualities and global orientation of the founder and the top management team are found important for the success of the born globals in their branding achievements. A key argument is that business-to-business and business-to-consumer born globals differ as to their branding strategies and approaches. The analysis reveals a major imperative; branding strategies are dynamic and depend on the globalisation degree.     

Franchiser influence strategy use and franchisee experience and dependence

Data from a survey of franchisees of a packaging, mailing, and business services franchise system indicate franchisers make more frequent use of requests, threats, and legalistic pleas, and less use of recommendations to coordinate less dependent franchisees. Franchisee dependence mediates the relationship between franchisee experience and franchiser use of recommendations, threats, and legalistic pleas. At the same time, it is interesting to find that franchiser use of information exchange and promise does not vary as franchisees mature in a system.

Independent Retail and Grocery Shops in Zimbabwe: Survival and Demise in a Crisis and Post-Crisis Era

Research on independent retail and grocery shops has largely been confined to more advanced markets such as those of the United States and the United Kingdom, ignoring trends in this sector in other markets such as Africa. Findings from these previous studies have established increasing pressure for survival faced by these independent retailers due to the dominance of big local supermarket chains and increased foreign competition. This research investigates the impact of increased local and foreign supermarket retail competition on independent retailers in Zimbabwe during the turbulent hyperinflation crisis era and the post-crisis recovery dollarization era. Key findings from the study focus on the impact of the changing retail landscape on growth and demise of these retailers. The study outlines constraints faced by the retailers and coping strategies that are being used to address the changing landscape and constraints. Implications for marketing practice and policy are then outlined.     

我国住房公积金制度演化的回顾与展望

中国的住房公积金制度经过了20多年的发展历程,在这历史进程中,其对推进中国的住房体制改革、提升居民住房消费能力、改善居民居住条件、促进房地产业发展和繁荣起到了十分关键的作用。同时,住房公积金制度公平失衡、效率弱化、功能异化、监管疲软、风险加剧、服务滞后、矛盾突出等问题日渐显现,对住房公积金制度改革的呼声越来越高。文章对我国住房公积金制度进行系统的回顾,分析我国住房公积金制度产生的历史背景,归纳住房公积金制度演化发展的基本特征和阶段特性,阐明该制度以渐进的制度变迁方式进行演进变迁的内在逻辑。     

试论“私募基金”在我国的发展

我国开放式基金启发式偏差行为及其对市场影响分析

启发式偏差是指投资者往往依据"经验法则"来进行投资决策,是行为金融学所揭示的一种重要的投资者非理性行为,该行为最终会导致金融资产的错误定价和金融资源的不合理配置。我国的开放式基金在投资心理上具有锚定启发式偏差,并且此种投资心理会对当期市场走势产生显著的正向影响,而对未来市场走势产生显著的负向影响。开放式基金的这种非理性投资心理所引致的投资行为产生的短期影响大于其在中长期产生的影响。

羊群行为是金融市场上一种特殊的非理性行为,证券市场上的羊群行为会影响证券的价格,带来了证券价格过度的波动和市场的脆弱性。通过对证券投资基金投资行为进行测度,发现证券投资基金中有较重的羊群行为。单纯发展机构投资者并不能起到平抑股价,恢复市场理性的作用。
